Palm Springs Women in Film and Television, Green Room Theatre, and Ophelia Project have selected an Ophelia girl to attend Green Room Theatre Summer Theatre Conservatory.  This year's 2021 scholarship recipient is Amiah Joyner - the Ophelia Ambassador representative from Palm Springs High School.  She is a recent 2021 Palm Springs High graduate and can't wait  to attend UCLA this full to study business economics.  

She is excited to work with Green Room Theatre Company for five weeks as a costume designer  apprentice in the play Midsummer's Night Dream and Seussification of Romeo and Juliet.  From this experience, Amiah will be pushing forward to specialize in a career in the fashion industry.

Patti Gribow from PSWIFT, Susan Francis from Ophelia Project, and Karen Lin from Green Room Theatre Company have been key players in finding Ophelia girls to attend and learn about theatre for over a decade.
