The Palm Springs Cultural Center and the Palm Springs Women in Film are delighted to invite you to an exclusive event on Friday, June 14 at the Palm Springs Cultural Center “Bite Me”- a subversive romantic comedy about a real-life vampire and the IRS agent who audits her - is being presented by the two women who made this film. In addition, Sarah and Joanna have taken this show on the road (in a vintage RV across the USA) to promote the film.
For PSWIFT members and students only, an exclusive, intimate conversation about creative independent film distribution will be held from 6:00 – 6:45 in the upstairs lounge, and will allow you to ask all the questions about filmmaking you’ve been wanting to ask! One of the filmmaking members of PSWIFT will be on hand to moderate this event.
The Vampire Ball following the film is a celebration of the “Joyful Vampire Tour” roadshow, complete with the Vampiremobile outside the theater. The aptly named “Vampires in Heat” is the theme for the Ball, so summer vampire garb is optional!
